AquaGold Microchannelling

At No.109 The Wellness Clinic, we provide an

24 carat ultra-fine prongs attached to a vial containing nutrient rich serum bespoke to your needs. A controlled “stamping” technique allows the gold needles to penetrate the skin causing micropunctures that enable the serum to be delivered deeper into the epidermis of the skin, much more than a traditional style facial. Delivery of hyaluronic acid and vitamins into the epidermis allows enrichment of the skin and an instant dewy glow. This treatment is ideal as a pre-event glow-up facial about 3-5 days before.

What we can help with

AquaGold fine lines

Fine lines

Microchanneling boosts collagen production, smoothes lines and wrinkles, and enhances a youthful look with specialized serums

Skin texture

AquaGold Fine Touch enhances skin texture, addressing roughness, uneven tone, and mild scarring for a smoother, even complexion

AquaGold Pigmentation

AquaGold Fine Touch reduces the appearance of sun damage, such as sunspots and pigmentation, restoring a more even skin tone.

AquaGold enlarged pores

Enlarged pores

Resulting from natural aging, sun exposure, and repetitive lip movements. Anti-wrinkle injectables relax mouth muscles to reduce these lines, creating smoother skin in the treated area.

What is the treatment process?

You will be guided through an extensive consultation and consent process to ensure you understand the treatment which will begin with you lying down comfortably. A sterile vial and cartridge will be opened and the vial will be selected according to your skincare needs, and often contains hyaluronic acid and vitamins in a serum.

As the cartridge is moved across your face you may notice that some areas of your face may be slightly more tender than others but there will be a continual assessment throughout to ensure it is safe and tolerable to your comfort needs. AquaGold is suitable for most people as it is only mildly invasive, penetrating superficially to deliver the serum deeper into the skin compared to a traditional facial.

The treatment is finished with 20mins LED therapy, our FDA approved Opatra professional machine. Choice of light will depend on your needs.
