Your Skin Treatment Journey

Start your journey to healthy skin with our highly trained and experienced medical professionals at No. 109. Your journey begins with an extensive, confidential aesthetic and medical assessment with our Aesthetic Nurses.

The initial appointment is 45 minutes, incorporating a 30-minute consultation to aid in creating a personalised treatment plan. After the initial consultation, you will receive a bespoke skin plan that will contain all the information you need to make the best choices for your skin health. The bespoke skin plan will include recommendations for homecare regime, in-clinic treatments and nutritional supplements whilst considering your skin type, concerns, goals and lifestyle. We are able to recommend more than several skincare products & brands, all in an independent capacity.

For those looking for a one-off treatment or pre-event glow, we offer a 15-minute initial consultation with our Aesthetic Nurses. This is inclusive of a concise medical and aesthetic review, prior to your chosen treatment to confirm suitability.

Bespoke treatment plans are a worthwhile investment for anyone who is unsure on their overall skin type, condition and skin health needs; this is an invaluable educational tool to help you achieve optimum skin health results.

Your bespoke skin plan will detail the tailored treatment schedule to ensure ultimate convenience and optimum results. Treatments can usually begin directly after consultation, depending on expert availability and technical suitability. However, for some clinical treatments, targeted concerns may need to be addressed by strengthening home-care regime prior to commencing your in-clinic treatment protocol.

As part of your initial skin analysis, multispectral photos of your face are taken using our Opatra Skin Analyser; the world’s most advanced skin detection equipment. This device will clinically measure the surface and subsurface of the skin using the state-of-the-art digital imagery, using RGB visible light, PL polarised light and UV spectrum imaging technology, combined with artificial intelligence and image analysis. This advanced imaging system will examine the complexion of fine lines and wrinkles, spots, pores, texture, porphyrins, UV spots & damage, moisture and pigmentation.

Dr Lucy BSc BM BS graduated as a doctor from Brighton and Sussex Medical School and commenced clinical training within the London and South Thames deaneries. She has worked across several medical and surgical specialties, including a Clinical Fellow post in Plastic Surgery at an internationally renowned London teaching hospital, before embarking upon specialist training in Anaesthetics & Intensive Care. Awards & Research Throughout her career, Lucy has won several medical awards, including the London South Thames Deanery Award for Clinical Excellence, Leadership and Clinical Portfolio. Lucy has an interest in academic research and has published her findings in international medical journals and presented at international conferences. Facial Aesthetics & Cosmetic Dermatology Alongside her NHS commitments, Lucy trained in Facial Aesthetics in Harley Street with further specialist training through the British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetics Surgeons. She is qualified in injectable therapies, including anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers and skin boosters, such as Profhilo. Lucy has also trained in Cosmetic Dermatology, specialising in Medical Skin Care, SkinPen Microneedling, Aqua Gold Fine Touch Microchannelling, Microdermabrasion, as well as Chemical Peels. Nurse

Olivia graduated from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) degree before commencing a coveted clinical post as a Surgical Nurse at University Hospitals Sussex. She brings a wealth of experience in surgical care nursing and has seamlessly transferred her practical and technical skills in nursing into the field of Facial Aesthetics. Olivia has known Aesthetics doctor Lucy for several years, having previously worked together clinically on the surgical wards, before collaborating together at No.109. Olivia works closely with Lucy specialising in skin assessment and treatment plans. Olivia is the lead for performing medical-grade advanced facials, with bespoke adjuncts including dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, microdermabrasion, Aquagold Fine Touch micro-chanelling, as well as delivering the Obagi Blue Radiance Peel and LED therapy. She treats her clients with compassionate, personal, and expert care. Olivia generally works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at No.109.
